Gerald R. Jordan, Jr. - Chairman

Mr. Jordan graduated from Harvard College. Following four years of service in the Navy as a Lieutenant, he graduated from The Harvard Business School and began his investment career at Putnam Management Company as a security analyst. While there, he served as investment manager for Putnam's Vista, Equities, Voyager and Option Income Mutual Funds as a Senior Vice President. In 1978 he founded Hellman, Jordan Management Company and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer with principal responsibility for market strategy and several of the firm's limited partnerships.

Gerald Reid Jordan - President

Jerry Jordan is the President and Senior Portfolio Manager for Hellman, Jordan Management Co., Inc. He is the lead manager for separate accounts, limited partnerships, and the 5-Star rated Jordan Opportunity Fund. Mr. Jordan joined HJMC in 1996. Previously he was a proprietary trader for Salomon Brothers from 1989 to 1992. He is a graduate of the Harvard College and the Harvard Business School.

Nicholas Gleysteen - Senior Vice President

Mr. Gleysteen graduated from Syracuse University and received law degrees from New England School of Law and Boston University Law School. Following private law practice, he worked for Coopers & Lybrand until joining Hellman, Jordan in early 1984 as an analyst. He currently serves as director of research and is also a portfolio manager. Mr. Gleysteen is a CFA, in addition to being an attorney and CPA.

Susan G. Lynch - Vice President

Ms. Lynch earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Merrimack College. Upon graduation, she worked for two years in Operations at Bradford Trust Company in Boston. Ms. Lynch joined Hellman, Jordan in 1983 and is a Vice President. She serves as the firm's Senior Administrator with responsibility for client service, office operations and compliance.

Luke Murphy - Vice President

Mr. Murphy graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in History and a BS in Environmental Studies. Upon graduation, Mr. Murphy worked at T.D. Waterhouse for three years as senior trader of options and equities. Before joining Hellman, Jordan he spent four years at State Street Global Advisors where he worked as a Strategic Sales and Client Service Consultant. Mr. Murphy currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Hellman, Jordan. He also holds his series 7,63, and 55 licenses.

Ethan T. Brown - Vice President

Mr. Brown earned his BA from St. Lawrence University with a double major in Economics and Spanish before joining Hellman, Jordan in 1998, where he serves as trader with a specialty in options and related investment strategies. His responsibilities include analyzing which options are best suited to maximize profits and minimize risk as market conditions change, while also identifying the importance of grouped options. He tracks the outstanding option open interest of equities and indices that skew the natural course of markets during expiration weeks. He also monitors the volatility indices that play a key role in calculating the fair value of every option contract.
